With more than 25 years in public health and nonprofit management, I am committed to helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential through strategies that foster empowerment, social change, and overall well-being. 

 

The needs of our communities are multifaceted and ever-changing.  It’s important to acknowledge individual and collective experiences and capabilities in order to create effective solutions on micro- and macro-levels.  My role is to guide people to identify their own challenges and make more conscious decisions to reach their own determinations, while nurturing awareness, accountability, and action.
